Ticketing & Refund Policy
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is fully canceled.
• FarmHouse Fair reserves the right to cancel the event at any time.
• No refunds will be given due to “acts of God,” including but not limited to weather (rain, hurricanes, flooding), pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If you cannot attend for any reason, no refund will be issued.
• Tickets may be transferred to another individual.
• FarmHouse Fair is not responsible for cancellations or no-shows by speakers, vendors, or scheduled activities.
Limitation of Liability, Waiver, Release & Indemnification Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending FarmHouse Fair, you agree to the following:
1.Acknowledgment of Risk
Participation in FarmHouse Fair activities may involve physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, death, or property loss. Risks may arise from:• Activities, demonstrations, or classes • Animals, tools, equipment, or machinery • Actions or inactions of organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, speakers, exhibitors, or other attendees • Weather conditions, natural terrain, and environmental hazards • Lack of hydration, food, or personal preparedness • Interaction with other participants or livestock
2. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in FarmHouse Fair.
3. Physical Condition: You acknowledge that you are physically able to participate in event activities and assume responsibility for your own well-being.
4. Event Authority: You agree to follow all rules, instructions, and decisions made by event organizers. FarmHouse Fair reserves the right to deny or remove participation at any time for any reason.
5. Medical Consent: In the event of injury, accident, or illness, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary, understanding that FarmHouse Fair is not responsible for providing such care or covering any associated costs.
6. Condition of Participation: You understand that acceptance of this agreement is required to attend the event, and tickets would not be sold without this acknowledgment.
7. Waiver & Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive, release, and discharge FarmHouse Fair, the Santa Rosa County Fairgrounds, event organizers, owners, staff, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, speakers, exhibitors, and affiliates from any and all liability for: • Personal injury, disability, or death • Property damage or theft • Any claims arising from participation in or attendance at the event, including travel to and from the event
8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FarmHouse Fair and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your actions or participation during the event.
